For you to place your order we require your name and address, email address and credit/debit details.
A contact number is required so that we may contact you if any urgent problems arise with your order.
By purchasing products from Chamed Interiors you allow us to hold your personal information on file.
It is important to use that we protect your privacy, and we do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others, informatoin is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, no personal information that you enter into our website is stored by our internet providers or any third party.
OUR RIGHTS
We reserve the right to;
modify or withdraw, temporarily or permently, this website(or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawl of the website.
SHIPPING
We charge £5.99 delivery charge by FedEx.
Our approximate delivery time is usually within 3-5 working days.
These prices are for mainland UK only, additional charges apply for other areas.
TRADE DESCRIPTIONS ACT
Every care has been taken to ensure that the colour, descriptions and measurements are correct when published, all specifications and dimensions are approximate and whilst we have taken every effort to reproduce colour accurately, there may be slight colour variation. Some products are amde of natural fibres and may vary slightly from the products pages displayed.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
You may return your order (once accepted by us) within 28 days of delivery of the product.You must give us written notice by post or email. Any refunds will be refunded via source of payment(excluding any postage costs incurred by Charmed Interiors). All cancelled items must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all original packing.We are happy to exchange or refund if the product is considered faulty by Charmed Interiors, you will incur no return postage costs else the above conditions apply.
