Stock availability and Stock to order
Stock held and orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually delivered the next working day.
Stock to order is clearly highlighted and is usually ordered direct via the supplier and sent out via their courier, orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days Monday to Friday (Not including Bank Holidays).
Black Friday Event 2024
Purchases made using the discount code for the Black Friday Event can not be used with any other discount codes, customers must use the code at the checkout to obtain the discount.
Christmas Deliveries 2024
Last day for ordering to receive before the 25th December 2024 will be Thursday 19th December 2024 before 2pm, any orders received after 2pm on Thursday 19th December 2024 can not be guaranteed for delivery before 25th December 2024.
Orders placed on the 20th,21st,22nd and 23rd December 2024 before 2pm will be depatched on 23rd December 2024 but no guarantee of delivery before 25th December 2024.
Orders placed after 2pm on the 23rd December 2024 will be processed on 27th December 2024.
Orders placed after 2pm on the 27th,28th,29th December 2024 will be despatched on Monday 30th December 2024, orders placed after 2pm Monday 30th December 2024 will be despatched on 31st December 2024.
Orders placed after 2pm on 31st December 2024 will be despatched on the 2nd January 2025.
All ORDER ONLY products ordered after 19th December 2024 can not be guaranteed delivery before 25th December 2024, and may not be despatched until the 2nd January 2025.

Our deliveries are normally delivered by DPD Local complete with tracking number.
Delivery is FREE of charge, when you spend £20 or more, for the majority of UK postcodes.
A postage and packing charge of £3.95 applies to orders under £20.
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually delivered the next working day (Not including Bank Holidays).

Due to Brexit we regret that we are currently not able to offer delivery to Europe. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update the website if delivery becomes possible again.

Whilst we charge UK VAT on orders as required, we are not liable for any fees charged by custom officials on orders or deliveries outside the UK Mainland.

You may return your order (once accepted by us) within 28 days of delivery of the product.

Exclusions from Returns and Refund Policy
Made to Measure Curtains, Blinds, Order Only Products including Readymade Curtains, Curtain Accessories, Curtain Poles and Cushions,
Quilts, Pillows, Mattress Protectors and Mattress Enhancers are exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons

Extended Christmas Returns 2024
Purchases made after 30th November 2024 can be returned until 31st January 2025. You may return your order (once accepted by us) within 28 days of delivery of the product.
